Covered Products
This limited warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized RapiLock channels, including our official website, distributors, and retailers in Taiwan.
Warranty Period
- Products are covered by a 12-month warranty starting from the date of purchase.
- Customers must provide the complete product for inspection at an authorized RapiLock service center.
- If no complete product is provided, the warranty will be calculated from the manufacturing date.
- For products with extended warranty agreements, the extended period shall apply.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid only within official RapiLock sales regions and requires valid proof of purchase.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
a. Cosmetic damages after use (scratches, dents, wear)
b. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, water, flooding, fire, natural disasters, or improper storage
c. Damage from drops during transportation or handling
d. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
e. Damage to third-party devices or personal property
Important Notes
a. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, which may vary by country.
b. To the extent permitted by law, this warranty supersedes all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. RapiLock is not liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages.
c. RapiLock reserves the right to refuse warranty service for products obtained or used in violation of local laws.
d. If inspection shows the product is not covered, RapiLock will provide a repair quote upon customer approval. Repaired parts carry a 90-day functional warranty.
e. In cases of parts shortage or product discontinuation, RapiLock may replace with a depreciated equivalent product or offer an upgrade with an additional fee (with customer’s consent). Outside the warranty period, repair services are not available. Replacement parts remain the property of RapiLock.
f. Customers must provide accurate contact information. Failure to retrieve repaired products after notice will be deemed abandonment of ownership, and RapiLock reserves the right to dispose of them.
