Return Period
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.


Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in original condition, including all packaging, accessories, manuals, and the original box.

  • For defective or incorrect items → we cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to personal reasons (size, preference, etc.) → customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties/taxes.
  • Non-returnable items include:
    • Items returned after 30 days
    • Used, damaged, or incomplete items
    • Customized products, sale items, and free gifts

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service within 30 days with the following: name, order number, contact details, product name, reason for return, and photos.
  2. Once approved, securely pack the item and ship it back to the designated return address.
  3. After inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds

  • Credit Card / PayPal: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: 5–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
  • Note: Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
  • Due to inventory limitations, direct exchanges may not always be available. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

International Orders Notice

  • Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
  • We are not liable for shipping delays caused by customs clearance or force majeure.
  • Returns may not be available in certain countries due to local regulations.
